Visa Letter

REQUESTING VISA SUPPORT LETTERS

ACII is able to provide visa support letters to attendees as well as authors with accepted papers, posters, or members of the conference committee.
Please note that Letter of Invitation will only be sent to participants who have registered and paid for the Conference. Should participants withdraw from the conference after the issue of Letter of Invitation, the consulate will be notified of the withdrawal accordingly
For visa support letters, refer all requests to our visa chair, Jonathan Gratch (gratch@ict.usc.edu). The subject line should include “ATTN: ACII Support Letter”. Those requesting a letter should allow 7-10 business days to receive it. All requests are handled in the order they are received. The information below should be included with the request.
  • Name (as it appears on attendee’s passport) and mailing address
  • Attendee’s registration confirmation number (if available) OR
  • Authors or speakers should indicate their paper/talk title.
  • Include a fax number or email address of where letter can be sent
